Ok good to know. Used to to use the Nissan garage in Montesinos, they are ok. I won't be going back to Quesada Quickfit that's for sure.

Ok good to know. Used to use the Nissan garage in montesinos. They would have been cheaper and would
have only changed the pads if needed. The only reason I didn't go there is because we moved & wanted somewhere closer

When we had our previous car we needed a tyre changing..on the advice of the mechanic who serviced our car we had to buy a key for the locking nuts..ok it was about 47/50 e as i remember..
We always kept that in the compartment in the front, so after taking the car for the tyre didn't think anything of it...until very shortly afterwards the car was towed to the main dealers
they called to ask where the key was for the tyres? we went down & searched the car but no key..
We rung QQ to ask if they'd found it..he said anything like that was in the drawer..On calling the key thing was nowhere to be seen..They knew it was new as it was in its packaging..
Dishonest comes to mind..would have no dealings with them at all
Thats bad. Better check my key.

I have used them a few times , no issues, on one occasion my car was recovered to them by the insurance company, they could have charged me a few hundred euros for the repairs , the bill was 60 euros!.

Hello,

So a little perspective on what actually happened... You was called in regards to the brake pads being very low, not once was you told it was needed for the itv, only that it could be a fail. Both you and your partner was told a price and the option was yours whether you wanted to change them or not. You was more than happy to go ahead with the work when asked both times. When you came to collect the car, you were showing us brake pads from european websites saying that they were cheaper elsewhere but you had already agreed for the work to go ahead. As explained to you yesterday, we do not order from online stores across europe, we use local suppliers that deliver same day. When you were here, you was explaining that you were not moaning about paying but just advising that you can get the parts elsewhere online cheaper. The manager was not unfazed, however he gave you an option so you did not have to pay.
Being abusive to my staff regarding cash payments hasnt been mentioned on your post though....
You are more than welcome to come and fill in a complaints form if you are not happy and we can go through this channel

Have a nice day.

Once you tell them what you're going to write in it (overcharging and tax evasion) they will change their tune.

If anyone has an issue with the way we run our business they are more than welcome to come in and see our bookeeper, and our accountants and even speak to the tax man, we have nothing to hide.

We have our complaints book readily available also.

Thanks
Sam

Whatever, sounds very expensive to me. I’ve always gone to Feu Vert for brake pads and discs and found them to be very reasonable.
