BICYCLE BATTERY

DOES ANYONE KNOW OF SOMEONE WHO CAN REPAIR A BICYCLE BATTERY. I HAVE HAD IT FOR 2 YEARS BUT IT WAS ONLY USED THE SUMMER BEFORE LAST AND THEN BECAME VERY DIFICULT TO CHARGE. THE GREEN LIGHT COMES ON TO SAY ITS CHARGED AFTER ONLY 2 MINUTES. IT IS NOT THE CHARGER AS I BOUGHT A NEW ONE OF THOSE.

Try Cyclogical, Quesada, they maybe able to help.

IT'S NOT THE WRONG CHARGER, I REPLACED IT WITH THE SAME AS THE ORIGINAL.
CYCOLOGIAL IN QUESADA DON'T WANT TO KNOW AS I DID'NT BUY IT FROM THEM. THANKS FOR THE SUGGESTIONS THOUGH.

the batteries need to be charged regularly or else the battery fails. This was info given to us by Cyclogical. They provide a service where you can leave your battery with them, if its not going to be used for long periods, and they charge it every 6 weeks or so.

Hi it sounds like at least one of your cells have gone in your battery I’m not sure if the battery shop on Calle San Policarpo in Torrevieja can help. I know these batteries can be repaired but it probably needs to be returned to the manufactures. I too had the same problem and ended up having to buy a replacement battery…..very expensive!

The battery will have discharged below the recommended voltage and will now need to be brought up to a required voltage by connecting to a low voltage charge then increasing the voltage in stages

The low voltage charge sounds great but i wouldn't have any idea how to do it.
