Bearing in mind your comments about ''cheapskates avoiding VAT'' can you confirm he is 100% legal and gave you an invoice that included IVA. And you were happy to pay this not just give hime a bit of cash for labour and invoice for materials. Only asking as I only want to use people who are in system and now know you would not use cheapskates
