Burglar Alarm, Air Con, and Electric Gate

Sorry to be asking for so many recommendations but I need…
Burglar Alarm engineer I think it needs new battery and test.
Air Con has not been serviced for years needs service and test.
Electric Gate remote works but gate won’t open.
I live in Catral so local trades people would be very helpful, thank you.
