I, too am looking for a good painter to do some interior work. Really don't want anyone who is not professional or recommended as previous work has not been satisfactory. So would be interested to know if you have found a good one.

It is really best that recommendations of tradespeople come from members who have used someone and who then puts their details on here for others to see and possibly use. Be aware that if someone 'recommends' themselves or their 'friend' or family member it is not really a recommendation as such.

To those who get a Private Message giving them details of a tradesperson, please try to use one that has been recommended 'up front' by other members on this forum who have used and were pleased with them - I know I would!

Could anyone recommend an interior painter decorator please.

Can I please remind those who 'advertise' themselves to do a job that their posts will be removed (as has just happened) because we need our members to feel that they can trust a recommendation from someone who has used that person or company and has had good service.

We still need recommendations for this topic from our members please - Surely someone has used a good professional to paint their house.
