Can anyone recommend a mobile Car Valeter?

What car do you have Paul? I can do a pick up and drop off service. I valet the cars from my home then take them to the car wash. I charge 25€. I'm in Quesada let me know

Valeting would normally include vacuuming and shampooing carpets and upholstery (or cleaning and treating leather) thoroughly washing and rinsing the car (usually twice) treating alloys, blacking tyres, cleaning all glass inside and out and then polishing the bodywork. If your last stop is a car wash, I’m not sure what you are offering could be called valeting.

How do you know I don't do all the above from my home? Very quick to assume!

My OH valeted cars for a very prestige car company back in the UK for many years so I'm fully aware of what a car valet entails unlike the slap dash service you get from some valet places over here.

And as far as I'm aware your not allowed to wash your car/s on the streets hence the reason i take them to the car wash as do many people and finish them off there...

Do you do all that?

Yes I do Chris and much more I've even removed seats on occasions when they've been really bad...I've got OCD when it comes to cleaning so everything has to be just right...it's surprising how much dirt you can remove with a cocktail stick and micro cloth lol...
