Carpenter Required to build tall door at bottom of stairs

My mothers house has an archway 2.44 metres tall by 87cm wide going upstairs. She wants to put a thick door there so keep the heat/cold in. The door would have to be quite tall.

Does anybody know of a good carpenter that would be able to build something?
