can anyone give an input on their findings of the best central heating systems in the Quesada area, taking into account we have not got gas in our area yet ???

We had gas central heating filled a few weeks ago using bottled gas. We have natural gas in our culture de sac, but decided to go the bottled gas route. Works just the same and hopefully cheaper than natural gas, with the standing charge.

We had gas central heating fitted 15 years ago when we bought our property, we have a 1000 litr tank and have it filled once a year. Excellent system fitted by premier heating.

We had Premier Heating (966 86 46 73), install an oil fired boiler and oil tank, three years ago.

Like you, we are not connected to a mains gas supply but didn’t want the hassle of multiple bottle swaps throughout the year. Our first thought was to have a 1000ltr gas tank. At the time, these were being provided, free of charge but you had to sign for a minimum gas delivery, per year, for 5 years. However, there is a penalty charge if you cannot accept this minimum delivery.

That’s why we changed to the oil option.

Premier were extremely professional, tidy and, their price was competitive. In fact €1400 cheaper than Cosy Casa’s who, I hadn’t warmed to (no pun intended), when they came to discuss the installation and price the job.

We were impressed with the whole process and have been impressed with the installation.
