We had a new Toldo installed by Rafal and his team from Toldos4Sun in 2017. We have been trying to contact Rafal recently but there has been no response to three emails. Phoning from Ireland is really not an option. Grateful if anyone has more recent contact details than those on the website, i.e. [email protected]

Yes, please Swerve, that is very kind of you. We have sent four emails: three from my husband and one from me, but it would appear the messages haven't been accessed/picked up.

I can't readily find yours and my PM messages following this post on TQ. We succeeded in contacting Rafal in June but no response (What'sApp both calling and messaging, email etc) now since we returned to Spain.
Can I ask for your help again please?
