Dishwasher woos

I can’t get our dishwasher to start ,
It’s a day woo 12/11L
There is a little lock sign lit up .
I’ve looked in the manual but just say to press for three seconds,,doesn’t work.
Anyone have an idea how to get this lock off.
Anyone does call out service .
It’s six years old

Unplug it? Then plug back in see if it alters

Chris I’ve done this also turned off all electric for ten minutes
Driving me mad as I’m suits something simple

Thanks ..someone looked it it for us seems the panel board is banjaxed
Probably better to get a new one .
