electritician recommendation

HI I need an electrical installation certificate (boletin de la instalacion electrica), in order to have our electricity reconnected with Iberdrola. They disconnected our elec in 2011! We haven't been over due to bereavement and illness. Can someone recommend someone with required certification whom we can trust. Many thanks

I can highly recommend Steve Birkett: 0034 695096453. Air Conditioning and electrical solutions.
We had to have our electric reconnected and he got the Boletin and upgraded the fuse box ready for reconnection and all for a very reasonable price.
He is a recommended tradesman on here too.
