Floor Polishing

Can anyone recommend someone to come and polish my floors with a buffing machine in the Lo Crispin area. They have marks on them and are quite dull, so I need someone who can restore them to their former glory.

Hi there--just curious if you found someone. Looking for recommendations for our marble flooring as well. We have a mysterious orange stain that appeared in our bathroom floor and the flooring throughout is pretty dull. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

If it's on the ground floor I wonder if the stain could be a leaking pipe under the floor or from a nearby wall. Our neighbours noticed a large stain suddenly appear on their marble tiled staircase and after having an investigation it was a pipe leaking from the wall in the kitchen next door to the staircase. Their insurance paid to fix it but it was quite a big job.

Hi Jan,

Yes, we are on the ground floor, and I'm afraid that may be the case. We have a crawl space underneath our entire bungalow, and I think we may need to go under and see if we can confirm that it's a leak. I hope not...Good to know their insurance paid to fix it.
