Grill refurbishment

Does anyone know or can recommend a firm that can collect, refurbish and re deliver my grills in a few days.Thank you in advance

Hi Antonio at Davinia Construcciones did all our grills - a great job with all new fixings bolts. I think they were away for about a week but will depend on how many you need doing. Tel 0034 620 008 574

My only thought was can grills be refurbished in situ OR do they really need to come off?

Hi, you can rub them down and re-paint in situ but I wanted mine plastic coating which involved them being dipped in a tank so not possible to do this in situ - Hope this helps.

If the grills can be removed cleanly without collateral damage, all well and good

Hello. We had all our door grills removed and taken to be refurbished. They dip them to remove paint etc and once painted placed in a heated oven area. Most have warped and rather difficult to open/close. We also asked powder coated, but they have started to rust at the bottom.
This was a company in Los Montesinos, can’t remember the name as it was about 8 yrs ago.
We had to mark the grills so we knew which door they belonged to also remove all handles etc. as per their instructions.
It took a week as we had 11 grills.
