HANDYMAN REQUIRED PUT FEET ON AN ADVERTISING A BOARD

Hi all,

We have an advertising A board which keeps blowing over in the wind.

We need some feet/boots added with wweights to hold it in place.

Can anyone recommend someone that might be able to help with this.
