Piscimar installed our pool this summer.
Nothing but praise for them.
The boss, Alfonso, doesn't speak English but he always had Anna with him who spoke perfect English.

Happy to let you see their handiwork if you wish

Hi we had our pool installed by Piscimar 4 years ago and paid around EUR 18000 for an 8 x 4. Had maintained perfect chemical balance throughout but tiles started falling off in sheets this summer. They said it was wrong pH and therefore not a guarantee item. After numerous emails they finally agreed to replace the missing tiles. We had to wait months until they finally turned up. The repairer knocked off all the loose tiles and began to install the new ones but ran out of tiles. He left and that was it. After weeks of chasing them up we were advised that they would not complete the repair unless we stumped up EUR 1100. I have since engaged the services of a pool repair company and work should be completed today. Friends of ours also had the pool installed by Piscimar and were unsatisfied with the after sale service when their pool equipment broke down. My advice is not to use this company. They appear really helpful when they take your money but afterwards they do not want to know. The pool repairer said the bond between gunite and tile adhesive was the fault with either surface not correctly prepared or poor quality tile adhesive used.
