JT builders

I engaged JT builders for some garden work including a new boundary wall. The estimated time for completion was 4 days. They started on Monday 25.07.22 completing on the 28.07.22
John and his team worked from 8am till 2pm in the blistering heat, they were dripping with sweat.
But true to form the job was finished albeit they worked till 4.30 pm on the last day.

The work was excellent, meeting all our expectations, even passers-by commented on the good work.

I would highly recommend them: call John 688705912 for any work you have. No job is too small or big.

Contacted John 4wks ago on a recomendation, said he would call the following week, but he had an emergency, so said he would contact me thats 3wks ago still waiting.

Hello Gustov. I must admit I now feel I should not have recommended John, JT Bld. They did a good job of the work they finished, but left us saying they would be back to finish off on Monday, then I got a message saying this next job they couldn’t leave it and would be back in a week to finish off.
We cancelled him and called in a friend to help us.

Like I said work was fine but letting clients down during a job isn’t professional.

I can only speak as I find, they did a great job for me.

Did a shoddy job for me, and grossly overpriced.

Why didn't you querie the price before they started??

Fair comment. If I had realised how easy the sealing would be I would have done it myself. They charged €850 for 3 man days work and they say €200 in materials. I thought it would take longer and I can't see that much in materials.
They left the unused Aquastop and the roller they used and told me to give it another coat myself when dry. I did contact them to complain, but of course got nowhere
I used them because someone recommended them on this forum. never again.
