our water heater has started leaking any recommendations for tradesmen to carry out the repair?

If it's an electric one it's not worth repairing, buy a new one & as above Don De are good, they will supply & install new & take away your old one.

Without a doubt Nick at Aguaflame in Quesada. First class. I phoned him at 10.30am and my new heater was supplied and fitted by 1.00om same day.
