Looking for local builder

Hi all.
We are looking for a local builder to give us a quote to convert our garage into a bedroom/ensuite. Villa is in Quesada. We are back there on Friday 25th so hope to get a couple of quotes. We are looking for a simple job to suit our needs -preferrably English speaking and someone who knows about Spanish planning/building regs etc.

Don Aluminio Builders, they are excellent just google them you will find hundreds of recommendations highly recommended.

We are looking for someone who is reasonably priced to look at our boiler (in Quesada)- the pilot light will not come on so we have no hot water!
It may be a quick simple job or may need a repair/service so looking for someone who can help. Thank you.
