Non lucrative Visa application

Can anyone recommend a local solicitor in the quesada area who will prepare paperwork to present at the consulate in the UK to apply for the non lucrative Visa and approx charge for this,thanks

i am going through the same process just now i was going to fill the visa form myself but i will be out in november for the month so if there is anyone out there that could help before i apply to edinburgh consulate

I thought the documents you needed were obtained in the U.K. Criminal records check and doctors note etc. Or are you looking for these to be apostilled? The NLV application form has an English translation.

Babelia are very helpful but I doubt they will submit your NLV application documents to the appropriate Spanish consulate in the UK.

You can only apply for the NLV from UK. You may get someone to help you fill in the forms but you cannot apply whilst you are in Spain.
The NLV allows you to come to Spain (within 3 months of receiving the visa) to apply for residency in your province (within one month of arrival).

We are aware of that but just asking of any local solicitors who will do paperwork and translations as a lot will do it online but would like someone local that we can go to and speak to we see many online but all seem to be barcelona

Hi, my friend is coming over for a few weeks holiday. Can she not apply online for her nlv while she is here. She has her police check, doctors info, healthcare at the ready. As its online, surely the application can be made from anywhere. Obviously will need to be in uk when appointment comes through. Thank you for your help.

You're misreading the advice. It wouldn't matter if you were in Timbuktu, Bali or the Costa Blanca to complete the forms. You can fill in the forms wherever you like, of course.

It's just that you have to apply from your address in UK and, as you've said, go to the appointment in UK.

Is Babelia doing the NLV assistance? I thought they were set up to assist those who were living here before the UK left the EU under the withdrawal agreement. Those who, for some reason, hadn't applied when they should have done for some reason or other.
If they are doing NLV assistance then that's a plus.
