Hello, I need help to find any reliable shop or person who can sharpen my knives in the household. Does any one have any tips?

If you use a regular butcher ask them if they will sharpen them or buy a knife sharpener in Carrefour

We have a van that comes around El Raso about once a month. It plays a very distinct warble as it goes around. He sharpens, knives, scissors, tools etc.
Sorry don’t know any contact details, but you might have heard him go around without realising it was a knife sharpener.

I know Hamilton's butchers on Benijofar high street charge €1.00 per knife you can then pick them the day after

We have used them too and also know a professional Chef that obviously recommends them.

I was told that cutting through tinfoil (kitchen aluminium) would sharpen scissors

Seven years at college, forty years as a chef and I still can't sharpen knives! Once you get them sharpened buy a Pro Any sharp it's brill it even keeps my Globals sharp and they're well known to be hard to do, believe me best sharpener I've ever had!
