5 euro something, can't remember the exact price. But it lasts for ages. Just one capful in a litre of water is enough for a loo, sink and shower and we only use it about 3 or maybe 4 times a year.

I went and got some, was expecting liquid but it's powder, the bottle looks the same. Just used it, see how it goes, thank you. Hope it works gory original poster. It's by the paint just along from the sealants.

You have to mix it with water. One capful of powder to 1 litre of water. Mix it well.

Yes, we did that but don't think she mixed it too well as I saw some granules on the silver vent thing. Ill tell her to do it again tomorrow but make sure it's dissolved. Thank you.

Just a capful in a litre of water will do the loo, sink and shower.

Don't use the strong water or things down drains as it contains 28% hydrochloric acid and eats through stainless steel etc. Ideal on porcelain but be careful of getting it on metal.

Thank you for your advice and will look out for the HG de-odoriser, looks like useful stuff. We don't have a car here so will see if anywhere in Quesada stocks it and post back here...
I do the baking soda/vinegar combo in the UK but it might be tricky getting it into the pipe.
You've got me worried Paul that it might be a leak so that's something to consider. We're on the 1st floor so we'll need to find a way to establish if that's the case.
Thanks again lovely people and buenos dias : )

In case of interest, Alcampo in la Zenia have this and many other HG products. It's also cheaper than Leroy Merlin at €3.99!
