Stone clading on patio

I have stone cladding it was lovely when I moved here but now it has gone black in places and it won’t come ofwith cleaning, does anyone know a cleaning fluid to get it clean or a cleaning company that could clean it please

By stone cladding do you mean on the floor, as in the cement style stone carpet. Or do you mean the giraffe type stones or cotagran or mono spa?
Normally I’d say for a tiled surface to use aqua fuerte (with care)
But I’m unsure what surface you mean.

Hello I use ‘Wet and Forget’ for 8 years as it’s non chemical.
Dilute with water, put it pump spray.
It takes time to see results as it’s due to the elements. So patient is required.
I use it on my gotagram walls, surrounds around pool, patio stone path etc.
