Hi All, In this current sad situation of the Corona Virus with people self isolating and unable to leave their houses, I will be offering an online streaming service teaching Pilates and Tai from my home studio in the UK, I can do this via streaming service called Zoom (can send you link), we can also do this via Skype, the advantage of these platforms is that I can see you also and can make comments your technique and movement we all can speak and interact with each other, its social we have to consider our mental state as well as our physical state.Session's are Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays Pilates 10.00am (Spanish time), Wednesday 7.30pm, Pilates. Tuesday 7.30pm Tai Chi. I had a person streamed into my Pilates class this morning it worked really well.All I ask is a nominal fee of £3.00 per class, this covers the cost of Zoom software and registration. You can make payment by Paypal or Online.I'm also available to teach 1 to 1 sessions online.If your need any further information feel free to contact me.Take Care & Stay Safe.Mark
