Tax advice

Postby janlesaint » Fri Nov 02, 2018 2:40 pm

Can anyone recommend someone who can deal efficiently with taxes which we may (or may not) have to pay as Spanish residents please? Ideally looking for a reputable company who don't charge ridiculously high fees. Thanks.

I have always been with Abaco. Maybe not the cheapest but the best. There are so many so called tax advisers that know nothing. Stick with the best.

tacs4expats in the Blevins franks office in Benijofar main street. Not only for taxes, Manuel is a highly qualified lawyer who will help with most things at (in my opinion) a very reasonable cost.

We went to Sol4 real estate in Benimar across from the Yellow Rose of Texas restaurant.

Ask for Mar she is brilliant we've been to see her 3 times now for advice on our residency taxes, suma etc and she sorted us out. She speaks very good English as well.

Good Luck

Found Blevin Franks very expensive even charging for a quote a couple of years ago. We use ABACO advisers and very satisfied with them.

costalad, tacs4expats is NOT blevins franks, they just work from the same offices & are very reasonable on price. We have used ABACO in the past & were very happy with them but found them ultimately more expensive & not quite as through as Manuel & his team.
Just my findings/opinion.

Dave.

We use Abaco:

http://www.abacoadvisers.com/

They charge an annual retainer of Eu 149.

As Spanish residents, initially you will have to complete a Modelo 710, Declaration of Assets form, for which Abaco charge an additional fee of Eu 70. Then you will need to submit annual tax returns, the Modelo 100, which is included in Abaco's retainer fee.

We considered appointing our lawyer to submit our tax returns, but they were much more expensive.
