Trying to get in touch with Cosy Casa, Benjiofar

Postby pennyb » Thu Jan 09, 2020 1:30 pm

Hi Talk Quesada members
Does anyone know the whereabouts of the company Cosy Casa. Tried their numbers on their website - no answer, visited their Benjiofar Display office - noone’s ever there, and local residents haven’t seen anyone come or go at their company registered address in Murcia. Strange. Have they gone out of business?

A Cosy Casa engineer came to fit a pool heater for us. His number was 654 59 33 72. Not sure if he was based in Benijofar though. Give him a try.

Kirk Thomas used to be contactable on 968584562 or 654593372 when I had some work done a few years ago. His son's name is Joel.

Thanks Bob. What work did they do for you? Would you recommend them?

Still waiting on them to finish work done on our property since last December.
Messages & phone calls fall on deaf ears - empty promises.
Would not recommend them at all

Thanks, Meg20.

We're in a similar situation to you. We've taken out a Consumer Affairs Complaint against them but the information on the website doesn't seem to be correct regarding their company's registered address. An official at the Generalitat Valenciana office in Elche say they went to the address provided and there hadn't been any form of life there for months according to the neighbors.

Another lady I've chatted with on here a while back and, again just recently, is still waiting for her deposit to be refunded for a swimming pool Cosy Casa were supposed to build and, I believe, this was over 9 months ago. Like you, they weren't returning her calls or messages and so she engaged a solicitor and they are still fighting for justice to this day.

I'm looking for a complaints website that helps people with their due diligence in deciding on a reputable company. I've been told there are one or 2 for the Valencia area so I'll keep looking. This company certainly isn't to be trusted it seems.

Best of luck meg20.
Regards
Penny

I’ve got to say that, when they came to quote for central heating, they didn’t inspire me with their rehearsed patter and far too casual approach. I went elsewhere.

Hi Glassful.

I wish I'd had the same instincts as you in the beginning as it started to go ok until the central heating was installed and rads were falling off the wall and extending above the master bedroom window and almost touching the front door and I really started to have second thoughts then. By this time, they'd had the 2nd payment so I was stuck with the idiots!
