Unreliable gardener Frank

We have used Frank based in Rojales to look after our garden for a very long time. He was always reliable but for the last 3 appointments he has not shown up or phoned to let us know. We have given him the benefit of the doubt as he used to be reliable but 3 times and out is now appropriate. Looking for a new gardener.

How callous

So reliable and you have no concern that He might be ill or even worse in hospital

That person is not being callous. He is not a oneman band and has several staff. So no excuse for nobody to turn up. I don’t know what is his problem. He had been twice to us before to do our garden. We needed to have him again so phoned him several times on both his numbers using our English and Spanish numbers and also sent emails. No response whatsoever. Neighbour found another gardener who is brilliant and very hard worker and cheaper. He does ours and 4 other neighbours so Frank has lost all our business, that’s if he’s still in business.

I too have not found Frank to be as good as he was. Can you send details of new gardener please

I’m sorry I can’t as he has enough work at the moment and only speaks Spanish and we get him through a neighbour.
