Where can I get my Dyson Vacuum cleaner serviced?

Does anyone know if there is somewhere I can get my Dyson Vacuum cleaner serviced as I vacuumed a pen up by mistake and I can't get it out I think it is stuck in the tube!!!

What type of Dyson is it? as i know u can take the up right ones apart to remove blockages...

Its an up right one but wouldn't know where to start it still works ok

I have owned this Dyson for three years. It is now working for about a
minute and then the battery fails, or appears to. My husband does not
think it is the battery he thinks it may be a switch. Can you have a look
at it for us as we do not know what we are dealing with, no knowledge of
these machines. We live in El Chaparral. Is there any chance you could

It’ll probably be the battery. If not it will be the fairly complex control circuitry that sits behind the motor.
Order a new battery from Amazon or eBay and pop it in, it will probably solve the problem.
