Office to change residencia to TIE

Our neighbours went to the same office, the one by the market for submitting their TIE and collecting it, It's not too far away so you'd have time to get to the other office as long as you know where it is, it's very easy. Do you know where both places are?

Hi all. I’m due to pick up my tie card in Alicante and have read that you need to ring the number on the “receipt” given to me and tell them the “lote” number. There is no number on the receipt to call ! Does anyone know the number I should call ? Many thanks in anticipation.

The batch numbers have not increased since last week and will not be changing until next week, according to the Campo de Mirra station, the reason for this is unclear.
We'll return to regular updates next Wednesday when new batches will hopefully have arrived.
