You go to the town hall at Rojales with your passport, NIE certificate, proof of residence such as house deeds and recent utility bill or long term rental contract.
You may need an appointment at the moment and you can ring the town hall on 966 715 001.
You will be issued a padron certificate there and then.

Alternatively, go to the municipal town hall in Quesada with the same documents and then collect it a couple of days later.

Hi Marcliff,
I am struggling to get through to Rojales town hall. Do I need an appointment if I go to Quesada?

Thanks

Just go to the desk at Quesada. Last time I went you had to press a bell and they'd let you in. Don't know if that's still in operation.

Some have said you can just go to the town hall in Rojales as well. If it's not busy they'll tell you you need an appointment but let you in anyway. No idea if it is busy, though.

Thanks Marcliff. I'll try Rojales tomorrow and, failing that, Quesada.

Got our padron yesterday at Rojales Town Hall (had been in last week and made appointment). Took about 10;mins, they just needed copy of photo page of passport (didn’t ask to see actual passport); NIE certificate, one Hidraqua bill and Suma bill. I’d taken copy of house deeds but they didn’t ask for it. They took photocopies of everything and that was it, quick and easy.
