Passport renewal

Which post rooms do passport renewal? I know you can do it online but with erratic postal service etc I'd rather just pay to have it done

I recently renewed mine. Did it on line and used the Post room mail service to send the old one back. All done and new one arrived in 4 weeks.
I don't see the point of not doing it on line due to postal issues, however you do it the old one will have to go back in the post. The passport office use DHL for sending the new one.
