Renewal of padron and Sips card

Postby chrissie b » Mon Mar 10, 2014 9:25 pm

:text-thankyouyellow: Hi, our Padron and Sips cards are due for renewal this month. How easy or difficult is it to do as it is our first time renewing them. Would we be ok just going to the Town hall in Rojales alone or would we best using a translator.
Thanks in anticipation
Chris

hi there you should not need a translator however it also depends on the mood of the person you are dealing with, i know the guy in the town hall speaks English but whether or not he will is a different story,as far as i am aware the health center staff do not and will not speak english, if you do feel better having a translator with you i would be happy to help

Hi Chris no need for a translator as Miguel knows the ropes just give him the old padron and he will print a new one. Have your PP just in case. His desk is up the stairs on the first floor and he is the first guy on the right. For the SIP just bring the old SIP which i presume is only temporary as your were not 65 to the Valenecia health lady who sits just left of the bottom of the stairs in Rojales town hall. She speaks good English. Mike

:text-thankyouyellow: Hi, Thanks for that Mike, and thank you Shirley Anne for your very kind offer. We will go and see how we get on and if we have any problems we will get back to you. Once again many thanks for your help.
