Hi Frankie,
don't quote me on this but as far as i'm aware you need proof of residencia ,NIE number, address in Spain and of course proof that you are a pensioner, the usual stuff you need to apply for anything in Spain. The Town hall in Torrevieja will help you or go to the age concern office in San Luis for advice.
