Alarm system

Alarm system

Postby fossekallen » Tue Oct 15, 2019 10:23 am

I recently suffered a burglary in my house in Quesada.
Now I have realized that the area is not as free of crime as I am told. So a alarm system is obviously needed.
I stay in the house only occasionally, so I need an alarm system that notifies both a security company and me at the same time (smartphone).
Does anyone have any good recommendations on who can secure my house so I can avoid another burglary? Greetings Chris

We use Securitas direct, it's fairly expensive per month but gives me a little peace of mind. Contact them on messenger/Facebook and ask them to call you. Negotiate a price too!

Thanks for your advice!

Does BeSure also connect to an alarm central?

That comment above is simply NOT correct. Be Sure Alarms install systems to suit clients requirements. They do up to date systems that are controlled by your phone from anywhere worldwide. These systems give you instant alerts on movement. As Lang said in another comment above, check their website and you will see what they have to offer.

Any home security company will tell you that much if not the majority of their new business comes from those who have already been burgled.

You can be sure that every one of those customers never ever imagined it would happen to them and I'll venture that everyone reading this who hasn't yet been burgled will be thinking the same thing but the plain truth is tomorrow it could be YOU!

I think the original poster wants the police to be notified if anything happens not just a message to his own phone. This is what happens with Securitas. If the alarm goes off, first of all they call your house/mobile, if you say everything is OK all good and well, if there is no answer they will call the police. We have had the police come around to our house to check twice in the past 20 years, all because we left a window open and the breeze blew the curtain.
