Electrical Safety in Spanish Homes

Hi All

We have recently purchased a property in Quesada and keep getting slight/small electrical shocks when we touch the metal casing of an appliance like the fridge or microwave.

Yes I know I may need a qualified Spanish electrician to look at this but before I go and contact one:
1) do others have the same problem ? It would certainly not happen in UK. I know about IEE Regs and electrical safety in UK as its part of my job but in Spain ??
2) does anyone have any thoughts or words of wisdom
