Hi, we are in the process of buying a house in Los Montisinos and would appreciate any guidance on buying home (buildings and contents) insurance.

Hi Jacqui,

Hope you are well.

We have just bought an apartment in Quesada, and got our buildings and contents insurance from La Caixa Bank when we opened our account there. The cost for the lot was €220 per year. If you want the contact details PM me.

We have our buildings and contents insurance with Linea Directa and find their prices hard to beat
Happy in the sun.

We use intasure and do it from the UK.

Liberty Seguros office in Quesada very efficient and speak English. Good to be able to deal with people face to face.
