Mugging in Quesada -Help please!

Hi, recently victim of mugging outside la vid a sunset bar on canal rd. police called and was taken to hospital.
Unfortunately didn't think to get reference no. For insurance purposes. It's proving impossible to get through to the people who can pass this on to me. I would appreciate any ideas that anyone can help me with. Many thanks

I placed this in our safety & security forum for you.
So sorry to hear this - I would think it may be best to go into the local Police station telling them when it happened and ask them if they have a police report on the matter that you can have a copy of. Did they get your name and any details from you before you were taken to hospital? If not maybe they will make a report out for you. This is usually what the insurance company will need.
