Robberies in Quesada

Robberies in Quesada

Postby Lizzie » Fri Dec 23, 2016 10:59 am

Some body else got robbed in quesada last night and also the same night we got robbed, half an hour before this happened there neighbor took a picture of this shower of shit! The police have told us there's a robbery in quesada most days, the police don't seem to be doing much about it either! So hopefully by all of us posting anything unusual we will be able to spot these scum, and stop them ourselves, feeling unsafe in your own home is the most awful feeing, god no's how the older people in our community feel when this happens, please share this photo and let's stop this scum,

Friends of ours were robbed in Quesada and others too ...this is a copy of her post ...be careful ..robbing little gits .....

Sorry to hear this - Thanks for the warning. It would be good if the neighbourhood watch could also pick up on this and distribute this warning and photo but I'm not sure how to contact them as they don't have a website.

The more they get away with these robberies the more chance they will escalate. I can't understand why the police do not seem to be taking enough action.

Is there a fluent Spanish speaker who can pass this on to them?

Jan, the police get told daily about this sort of thing, photos, car reg etc yet never anything done, I know this sounds harsh maybe some sort of vigilante patrol, who knows.

We are so sorry to hear this Lizzie, and thank you for bringing it to all of our attention so soon. Was the other breaking in Lo Marabu as well? We will keep an eye out for these thugs and report them if we see anything suspicious.

it was my friends house in Quesada that was broke into and also two others one on same night the other next night , unfortunately their experience of police was they weren't interested despite a lot of jewellery being taken ...alarms were smashed off of wall ...

Unfortunately couldn't agree more ...police show no interest at all ...

You could try printing posters out and putting then on lamp posts?

I'll share the picture on Facebook. We bought a motion detector at Media Markt which sends you a picture the minute someone crosses it's path. It's a fiddle to fix up because it doesn't like windows 10, but it works now on wifi.
Our friends were burgled a few weeks ago and the house was ransacked. They got in the back window, having dragged off the burglar bars, and pushed the furniture across the front door. it seems likely they had watched the owners and followed to see where they went when they left the house as they must have been there for some time wrecking the house. The Guardia were excellent - so don't bother with the local police, call the big guns, God forbid this happens to you.
