Security

Hi myself and my partner are new to the area after buying a property in Benimar , I wanted to put the feelers out there re security , do you think people would buy into the idea of having a mobile security patrolling the area also involved in that would be a key holding service and checking properties when your away etc , thanks Wayne

Many absent owners already have key holders,it would generally be a neighbour,or,if no neighbours,people would use an established company to hold keys. Those who rent their property out would use the rental agency as back up.

A lot of the benimar area was originally promoted to the dutch and belgian market by a company called marjal,only over the last few years have we seen more brits as a result of resales in the area.

Ok thanks for response it's just I have a lot of security experience and was wondering if a visable presence would help in the area including Quesda , I have very keen yearly rates plus I intend to liaise with local police to pass on anything suspicious
