Urgent Warning

Rojales - Pueblo Lucero - 2 South American looking women at Approx 14.15hrs tried to gain access to our under-build, they opened the garden gate removing the bolt and bypassing the bell and walked up the garden path, they didn't go up the stairs into the house due to there being another gate and dogs. They entered the under-build where they were challenged by our children, they asked the children if they had anything for charity? Then they left, the children called me down, but by the time I got down the path and out the garden they had already disappeared, possibly in an orange coloured car!!!

The times I am glad I have a dog deemed peligroso in Spain... It's so scary but no worse than opportunists 'at home'. Stay safe .

They sound like a couple who came to our gate last week and persistently rang the bell. I could see what they were so ignored them, finally resorting to letting the dog out to bark at them. We're down the road from Lucero. Dogs really are the best protection against burglary!

Somebody wake up the Guardia. !
I've heard similar stories for weeks so how come they aren't getting caught

Someone on a previous post gave the colour and Registration number of the car they drive. Shouldn't be too hard to find them and get them stopped.

I think they have to be caught actually stealing something. The Guardia came very quickly when somebody was trying to break into our next door neighbours property. I rang 112 and Plain Clothed Officers arrived. No warning Sirens either.
