Were coming over for couple of weeks from 29th Dec first new year, looking forward to new years eve (what ever we decide to do) but we've arranged to go down to La Marina beach new years day with some friends. Now that's a first for us beach new years day barbeque shorts, thats a big change to the west of Scotland.
Will it be busy?

Hi Liz & Gordon,

Sounds great! Please let us know what it was like - Make us in the UK jealous!
:text-lol:

There's a photo on here, in our gallery, of La Marina beach on New Years Day from 2012 (see the link). If you get a chance you could add another one or two for 2015 - Be nice to see them! It looks like people take their own chairs and food / drink - looks fun!

Beach party!

Hi everyone
Not really sure posting a quick reply is the correct place for this but hey ho here goes! Does anyone know of anywhere in Quesada that celebrates the new year 'Spanish Style' with 12 grapes etc?! We'd like somewhere a bit special and not too noisy as we may have my mother with us who's in her 80's.

Are people looking for all nighters or get home by 1am ??

Last year I went to Guadamar, in the town hall, a event put on by the town hall and it was brilliant, it did not finish til about 9am the next day for those like me. There was a few bands and a few hundred people, Free food and at times free drinks.

This year I might just go to night club, maybe Mokai or somewhere else.

I doubt I will be going anywhere too English as they generally finish too early for one.
