I too found that thepoolprofs had a problem with their website & email address, but through this excellent forum was able to get their other Hotmail address... [url=mailto:[email protected]][email protected][/url] & was able to contact Mark who assures me all is well with their service. So thank you Talk Quesada & thank you Mark for your good service & speedy replies.

I contacted the Pool Proffs yesterday from their ad on this forum. I got a nice e mail from Mark saying they don’t cover my area which I found odd as they are apparently in El Raso and I’m in Entre Naranjos just up from Los Montesinos. Seems they don’t go beyond their doorstep!!

That's pretty unfair.

They certainly serve the Quesada area, so you can't say they don't go beyond their own doorstep.

Yes seems very odd as their ad says they serve Quesada, Guardamar and the wider Costa Blanca area
I did point out to them that Entre Naranjos is just East of Los Montesinos but to no avail
