Agencia Tributaria 60 euro fine

Agencia Tributaria 60 euro fine

Postby bjleys » Mon Feb 19, 2018 12:38 pm

A letter arrived today from the Tax office that I had to sign for. It's in Spanish and refers to a 60 euro fine regarding Tasa de Regularizacion Catastral . Does anyone know what it means?

Have you had something done, improvements or whatever, something built, pavements done, walls raised, even glass curtains fitted?
The letter is to say your items have been added to the catastral (rateable) value of your property and the registration has been amended and wasn't properly declared.

The purpose of the cadastral regularization procedure is to incorporate into the Real Estate Cadastre the urban and rural real estate with construction, as well as the alterations of its characteristics, in cases of non-compliance with the obligation to fully and correctly declare the determining circumstances of the property. a registration or cadastral modification.

Hello i can find the coordinates on the map and thus find the entry. it doesn't give me a value but it tells me what we have in terms of square metres. it doesn't tell me when i have acquired those. like how do they know I have a carport and what great value is that?

They know you have a car port, because the authorities have been flying drones over the Valencian region for months, having completed a similar survey of Andalucia last year.
