Building permission and Suma

Building permission and Suma

Postby G S Milner » Fri Feb 23, 2024 5:04 pm

I need some help in completing the application form and finding and paying the relevant Suma taxes before the work can start. It is not a large job but I do not want to go ahead without the relevant approvals. If you have been through this process perhaps you can guide me.

The builder you are using if any should be doing the licence for you also Suma have nothing to do with licences they are just a Collection agency that collect taxes etc on behalf of local townhalls
I would pay a visit to your local planning dept and they will assist you

Yes, take your quote and plans (if any) to the planning department yourself if the job isn't big enough for the builder to have done it for you. Minor works they should be able to cost up for you there and then. You then have to pay it in cash at the Sabadell nearby. Return with the receipt to reception where it will be logged on the computer and they give you the paperwork. In Rojales town hall the office is through the left side entrance way at the rear of reception on the ground floor and then first door on the right (if it hasn't moved). No involvement for Suma as jpeg says.
