It's on your SUMA bill, and I think on your land registry certificate.

On the SUMA bill it's the "Base Imponible" value.

SUMA bill can also be accessed in your internet banking....just in case you do not have the SUMA bill itself.

Thanks but I don’t have my suma bill I think it went back to the post office because no one was here to sign for it and the only thing I can find on the online banking is the receipt which I have a copy of

It will also be on your deeds. Under "Valor Catastral" believe it or not.
If it's been revalued since you bought then only on your IBI bill or check with Suma office in Rojales if you are in Spain.
And the bills from SUMA don't require a signature.

Regarding your missing SUMA bill, the Correos in Quesada have a habit of accumulating mail at their sorting office until they decide to deliver. Especially now in the summer months and some letters do not arrive at all. About 2 summers ago I came across a bunch of letters just lying on the pavement which seemed to be mostly water bills. Obviously the mail man had just discarded them. I phoned a man in the town hall that I knew and asked him to inform Correos. If your bill does not arrive after about 3 weeks you can always ask for a copy from the SUMA office in Rojales.
