How to find out the rateable value of villa?

Hi can anyone tell me how to found out what the rateable value is for our villa?

the Rateable Value in Spanish is the' Valor Catastral' and is calculated according to the current value of your property.It varies from region to region but can vary between 0.5% -1%.The annual property tax is calculated on this figure (Impuesto Sobre Bienes Inmuebles (IBI)).I suggest you contact your Gestoria or Abogado or visit your local Town hall with the most recent copy of your SUMA.They should be able to guide you in the right direction.
