Lady solicitor to reclaim 3% Retention

Hi - I think the lady often recommended was Sylvia? Based in Benijofar?

I have had an accountant based in Alicante trying to get mine prepaid for 3 years and 2 months.

He tells me he has made 3 different submissions (God knows why) but we are clearly making no progress. So as a matter of principle I would prefer to get someone else to review the case even though it is not a big payment.

Silvia has been my lawyer for around 17 years and has always been brilliant. I'm sure her team will be able to sort it out.
