Our Suma bill has increased by 60%

Our Suma bill has increased by 60%

Forget the Kettle go straight to the bottle.

Just received our new Suma bill, some of you might want to sit down a 60% increase from last year.

No letter of explanation, nada. We were advised by a letter of a re assessment in 2012 which resulted in an 11% increase, fair enough. But to go and increase by another 60% percent is scandalous without an explanation.

This increase is not going to go under the radar. We need an explanation.

Cannot wait for the Spanish to get their post!

Things are going to get a lot more expensive due to the economic climate! it would be interesting to find an explanation but compared to the UK it is nothing!! I think big increases will be the norm for some time to come so brace yourself! we should just think ourselves lucky to have the opportunity to be in Spain, which all the immigrants do in England when they seek a better life!! ;)

Just paid ours and it has gone up 7.5%. (Dona Pepa)
Cadastral value has increased and the percentage has remained unchanged at 0.7% of that value.
