SUMA Bill?

Re: SUMA Bill?

I have obtained a CSV no. through the post and I am trying to register online to obtain a "Clave" however when going through the form it is asking for "Numero soporte" which I haven't a clue about although it says its on the residencia card which is not much help as I have the old green residencia form from about 2009. Anyone any idea where I could find this please?

Espanabums, I have just read your information about the Clave permanente. Is this the best way to access all the suma bills? Can I apply at the Suma office? The property suma and basura are under my husband's name but the car suma is under mine. Would we both need to register. TIA

In order to pay non-residence tax, I believe I need to provide the catastral value of my house.
How do I get this? Can anyone advise?

It will be on your IBI bill.
Or pop along to the town hall with your escritura/proof of property ownership and they will supply it.

Costalad, you probably solved this by now but the following may be of interest to others. Been on the Clave site to try and register for the Clave. Getting into Fort Knox would be easier. Despite having a digital cert. still could not register as I don’t have any of the forms of ID they request. However in pursuit of this I came across examples of how to obtain the support number depending on the type of doc you want to use. For the Permiso de residencia on the new card it is the number in the top right corner beginning with E. There is no example for the old style doc you mention however it does say that the number has to be 9 digits long and if you have fewer than 9 you need to insert as many zeros after the E to make it up to 9. Similarly For the extranjeros certificate it has to have 9 characters preceded by the letter C. Hope that helps someone.

I have the same questionas as Delgado. Marcliff has send to pop along with proof of ownership to the Town Hall. Where is the Town Hall? and will this cover Dona Pepa area?
Thanks

The town hall in Rojales. Into Rojales at the first roundabout and follow the road all the way along until you bear left over the bridge. Over the bridge and first left. The town hall is about 2 or 3 hundred metres up on the right.
Parking is a bit restricted along there so you may have to park a bit further away and walk back.
Yes, all of Ciudad Quesada comes under Rojales town hall.
