Hello
We received an email today part of which is was follows:-
'Suma would like to inform you that the direct debit warnings for the payment period 1-2021 are available at the secured website www.suma.es.

On June 7th, 2021 your tax bills will be debited from your bank account.

You can change your direct debit details for the current payment period until May 31st, 2021. You will be able to set this up with the demand's CSV through our website: https://www.suma.es/en/tramites-csv or by calling our customer service: 965 292 000.

To update your contact details as an electronic user simply enter your email on the "Contact details update" link at the Online office menu https://www.suma.es/en/mejora-datos.'

Just curious did anyone else receive same or it it a scam. Your thoughts please.

IVTM (car tax) and rubbish collection taxes due to be collected by SUMA, the office that collects local taxes in the Alicante province. Also vado permanente tax due if you have a dropped kerb leading to your property.

Not a scam as already mentioned on several other threads.

I haven't got a clue what they mean, I can't acces the website and in the UK until June, just hi there are no fingers until I get to the office

Hi , regarding Suma email, I'm still a bit confused. Are they just telling us about online facility or had it gone up? Do we have to amend direct debit?
