Tax in Spain

Hi,

We are thinking of moving over to Spain we already have a property in Quesada, what we would like to know if anyone can help is we are thinking of renting our house out in England and using this money to live in Spain we won't be working so this will be our only income, will we have to pay tax and if so at what rate.
